Out with the old; the burdens, the troubles and the worries. Away it goes, waning away. Every full moon is a chance to reflect on the phases happening in your life. There has also been a couple of awesome summer days in London, high 32’s and clear, blazing blue skies.
A common learning that I constantly reiterate is that every encounter can teach us something; if we are open to understanding and willing to appreciate the rewards from patience and persistence. As I write this, as I learn, perhaps even discipline can sow growth.
Discipline of loving oneself in order to be a better person in the world. Using discipline to structure ones daily life for overall a healthy life – emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually, so that we can each contribute to the world fairly.
Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is youer than you
So there is only one you and one of me on this planet, supposedly. But I have a few arguments here…
- You can be replaced; whether at work, with a lover, as a friend. It may be difficult to get your head around this with your ego but with our ever changing nature we are able to adapt so although we may not be forgotten, someone else out there will patch a hole you leave.
- Statistically you are one in a million. Actually as it stands today, July 2016 – 1 in 1.175 billion! Surely at all odds, there is another you out there.
- You are this one being, what major problem in this world can you defeat? How many people can you really help? Who is to say that you, really matter?
Can you help me identify that these are all limiting beliefs that I have. And by sharing you three arguments I have been able to note that maybe one of us won’t change the world but us individually, collectively, can commit, enrich and sweeten the kitten for our community.
You will encounter many forks in your path and these are opportunities for when you make a choice as to where you choose to direct your energy. Sometimes you may opt to remain stagnant, at that point, as you may be clouded with fear or doubt. I reassure you that these feelings are normal but that all of us, yes – you – 1 in 7 billion encompass the capacity to make this world a better place by anteing up your passion; by turning your goals until achievements.
You have a spirit inside whether it is one of a warrior, an intellect, a guidance; it is flourishing under shells which you will uncover with time as you evolve – with bad choices made, foregone mistakes and my favourite, leaps of faith.
Re-analyse your intentions, even if you notice you have skipped into an unbeaten path. And resume as you do, the best is yet to come.
